DetailsCentralized Intake
Centralized Intake can be designed as a single point for screening and referring families to an appropriate home visiting program or it may refer to a systemic community approach for identifying the comprehensive needs of families with young children and referring to multiple type of services.
Three states will share their approaches to developing a centralized intake infrastructure: a state-level partnership, a local community design and the implementation of the Help Me Grow framework. They will discuss the initial phases of implementation, agreements, referral processes and the role of early childhood partners.
