If you've passed the technical check for live webcasts but you're still having problems, here are some solutions to common problems. Turn off your pop-up blocker if the solutions do not appear when you click them.

Problem: Connection | Audio | Video | Mac Users | Java and JavaScript

Connection problems

Nothing happens when I click on "Go to the Event." [Solution : Turn off any pop-up window blocker software or settings]

When I try to connect, I receive a message that the webcast isn't currently running. [ Solution ]

I'm stuck on a screen that says "Loading ... please wait." [ Solution ]

I can see the RealPlayer but no video plays and I hear no audio. [ Solution ]

An alert message pops up saying that the file cannot be found or I'm receiving a "Cannot Connect" error when I try to play the video/audio. [ Solution ]

I can see the RealPlayer but it's stuck on a green strip that says "Loading." [ Solution ]

I'm receiving a "Connection to server has timed out" error. [ Solution ]

 

Audio

I can see the RealPlayer but no video plays and I hear no audio. [ Solution ]

I use dual mointors and I can't see video in my secondary monitor.
[Solution: If you use dual monitors, please use the primary monitor for viewing the video.]
